Remuneration & honorarium

Compute teaching pay from fixed-rate courses and delivered sessions, manage per-program and per-campus rates, tax rules and honorarium decrees.

HRD (Human Resource Development) is enabled for institutions that pay teaching honoraria through Sivitas. It combines fixed course rates with sessions actually delivered, applies tax rules and produces decree letters.

Salary

• Remuneration. Pick a date range to compute each lecturer's fixed course salary plus session salary, with a per-lecturer breakdown you can export.
• Fixed rate course. Courses paid at a fixed rate per term, with rates per campus.
• Honorarium. Per-program honorarium screens, one for each program group your institution configures, each with its own Rates management.
• Guest lecturer session. Sessions delivered by guest lecturers, recorded for payment outside the regular allocation.
• Taxes. Tax rules by employment type and threshold, applied automatically to computed amounts.
• Honorarium decrees. Generate and download the decree document for a period, referencing the teaching decision letter number recorded in Programs & course offering.

Report

Faculty performance report aggregates teaching sessions, activities and other indicators per lecturer for a period, with a detail drill-down.

Monthly routine

1. Confirm session reports are complete in the Teaching console for the month.
2. Run Remuneration for the month and review outliers.
3. Generate the decree and export the per-lecturer statement for payroll.
