Typical cycle

  1. Administrator uploads the final-year roster and sets advisor capacities.
  2. Student submits a proposal; advisor accepts the request.
  3. Administrator approves or sets conditions; student revises; administrator finalizes.
  4. Student and advisor log consultations across the semester.
  5. Student requests a defense; advisor and administrator approve; the project moves to Done after the defense.

Final project courses are excluded from the AI timetable by default and their supervision load is credited to the program head as a nominal amount. Configure this in Scheduling constraints.
