Data quality

Find incomplete profiles, courses, course classes and activity records before they reach an accreditation table or an official report.

Reporting Incomplete Data is a dashboard of records with missing required information. Run it before generating accreditation tables, remuneration or annual reports.

Tabs

• Profile. Faculty and staff missing degree information, discipline, employment type or other fields used by qualification and sufficiency rules.
• Course. Courses without credits, coordinator or curriculum link.
• Course classes. Classes in the selected term without lecturer, room, schedule or capacity.
• Achievements & activities. By category: activity records missing fields required for intellectual-contribution counting or DUPAK, such as journal, year or author role.

Working the list

Each row links to the record's edit page. Fix the record, return, and the row disappears at the next refresh. Export a tab to Excel to distribute cleanup to the people who own the data.

Related safeguards

• The Audit trail shows who changed a record and when.
• Import previews in every module reject rows with missing required fields rather than creating incomplete records.
