Business School Questionnaire (BSQ)

Structured yearly entry and reporting for the AACSB Business School Questionnaire, mapped to the official table codes.

The Business School Questionnaire is the annual data collection AACSB member schools submit. Sivitas stores the answers per academic year, table by table, so figures are consistent between years and traceable to a person and date.

BSQ entry

The entry menu lists the questionnaire's sections with their official codes:

• ASA Academic and Student Affairs: student body, transfers, class sizes by degree program.
• ADM Admissions: applications, admissions, enrolments and test scores by program.
• HR Human Resources: full-time and part-time faculty, participating and supporting counts, professional staff.
• PLA Planning and finance: operating budget, revenue sources, endowment, gifts and grants.

Each lettered sub-table (for example ASA-A Student body) opens a form for the selected year. Degree programs shown in the forms are your institution's own programs as configured in Setup.

BSQ report

Report and Report table consolidate the entered data for a year, for checking against last year and for transcription into the AACSB portal.

Working through a year

1. Create the year in BSQ if it does not exist.
2. Assign sections to the offices that own the data (student affairs, HR, finance).
3. Enter figures; the form saves per sub-table so several people can work in parallel.
4. Review the consolidated report, then submit externally.
