BAN-PT

Data tables for Indonesian national accreditation, with Excel import templates, export and pivot views mapped to the official numbering.

BAN-PT is Indonesia's National Accreditation Board for Higher Education. Its performance report (LKPS) is a set of numbered tables. Sivitas stores each table as structured data so it can be filled from records, imported from spreadsheets, checked, and exported in the required shape.

Report menu

The menu lists the numbered tables in use for your accreditation instrument (for example 3a, 3b, 4, 5a to 5c, 6b, 7, 8e, 8f, 12, 13). Open a table to see its rows for the selected reporting period.

Enter or edit rows

Click Add to enter a row through the form, or edit a row inline. Fields follow the instrument's column definitions.

Import from Excel

1. Click Download template for the table.
2. Fill the template. Keep the column headers unchanged.
3. Click Import, upload, review the preview for rejected rows, and confirm.

Export and pivot

Export writes the table as Excel in the instrument's layout. Pivot cross-tabulates a table's data, for example students by program and year, to check totals before submission.

Filling tables from existing data

Where Sivitas already holds the source records (faculty, publications, students, courses), use the corresponding module's export as the starting point for the template, then import here. Keeping BAN-PT tables as their own dataset lets you freeze the submitted figures even when the live data moves on.
