DUPAK & assignment letters

Compile, review and certify Indonesian lecturer credit-point dossiers, and record the assignment letters that support them.

DUPAK (Daftar Usul Penetapan Angka Kredit) is the credit-point dossier Indonesian lecturers submit for rank promotion. Sivitas assembles the dossier from approved activities, routes it to the assessment team (TPAK), and produces the signed document.

Lecturers

1. Open DUPAK and choose the submission period.
2. The aggregation view shows credit points per category (teaching, research, community service, supporting duties) drawn from your approved activities and teaching records.
3. Drill into a category to add items that are not yet recorded, using the same forms as in Faculty achievements & activities.
4. Submit the dossier. Follow its status; once approved, Download approved DUPAK gives the official document.

Administrators and TPAK

• Aggregation and detail across all lecturers for a period, with the same drill-down.
• Manage category. The credit-point categories and weights in force for the period.
• Manage term. Submission periods with open and close dates.
• Signatory. Who signs generated documents and in which capacity.
• Faculty report. Points per lecturer per period, with Download approved DUPAK in bulk.
• Setting. Reviewer-allocation notifications, and the list of TPAK administrators.

Assignment letters

Assignment Letter › Faculty activities records team-based assignments (committees, task forces, event organisation) with proposing unit, activity group, team name, members and dates. Each record has a status (Unreviewed, Verified, Rejected) and can carry the scanned letter. Verified assignment letters feed the supporting-duties category of DUPAK. Export the list to Excel.
